1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "Member" / "You" — an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the cata4d platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the cata4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in the state or country where you reside.
• Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gaming activities.
• Not an officer, employee, family member, or business associate of cata4d in any capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• Registering under your own name only and not on behalf of any other individual.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. cata4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Registering with false information is a serious violation that may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

3 User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the cata4d platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details, is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without your permission.
• Notify cata4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Cata4d is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party, particularly if you have shared your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

Cata4d accepts deposits via a variety of trusted and popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10.00 per transaction, unless stated otherwise in specific promotions.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party cards or accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Cata4d does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account automatically within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment.

Cata4d reserves the right to withhold or reject any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use.

5 Cash Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.00 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require KYC verification beforehand.
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 5 minutes to 3 business days, depending on the selected payment method and the outcome of security checks.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Cata4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal players and welcome new members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective promotional terms.

The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

1. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once during initial registration.
2. Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus value or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
3. If no wagering requirement is specifically stated, the default requirement is 20x the bonus value.
4. Cata4d reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Bonuses obtained through dishonest means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided immediately.
6. Bonus value cannot be transferred to another player or exchanged directly for cash.

7 Game Rules

• All game outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fairness.
• Any game result confirmed by the system is final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, cata4d will use official server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before starting any game session.
• Cata4d reserves the right to suspend or void any game round suspected of involving abnormal technical interference.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cata4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or transactions.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform — if you discover any vulnerability, please report it to our team.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cata4d customer support staff.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about cata4d on any public platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

Cata4d is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that healthy entertainment requires self-control and self-awareness. Our platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.

11 Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, cata4d is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by regulatory authorities.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, where you have failed to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Game outcomes disputed more than 30 days after the date of the event.

Cata4d's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

12 Account Termination

A cata4d account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• At the player's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned once the review process is completed.
• By cata4d: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for security reasons.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure, with advance notice sent to the registered email address.

Following account termination, you are no longer permitted to access the platform or register a new account without written approval from cata4d.

13 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Cata4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes via:

• Email to the address registered on your account.

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the cata4d platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Contact the cata4d customer support team for a resolution. We are committed to addressing every complaint within 5 business days.
2. Negotiation: If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, both parties agree to negotiate a settlement in good faith within 30 days.
3. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration conducted in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from reporting to the appropriate authorities in Malaysia if you believe your rights have been violated.
